Riot Games Unveils True Damage Virtual Music Group for League of Legends

Riot Games has revealed the latest virtual music group for League of Legends called True Damage. The company released an exciting teaser trailer showcasing the new skins that will be available on Summoner’s Rift.

New Skins & Cosmetics

The group, consisting of Yasuo, Ekko, Qiyana, Akali, and Senna, will have a variety of skins available for purchase starting on Sunday, Nov. 10. Ekko’s skin will cost 1,820 RP, while the other skins will be priced at 1,350 RP. Additionally, Qiyana and Senna will have special Prestige skins designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Louis Vuitton’s artistic director for women’s collections.

Debut Song & Performances

During the opening ceremony of the Worlds 2019 finals at the AccorHotels Arena in Paris, True Damage will perform their debut song, “GIANTS.” The champions in the single will be voiced by popular artists like (G)I-DLE’s Soyeon, Becky G, Keke Palmer, Jared “Duckwrth” Lee, and Umar “Thutmose” Ibrahim.

Gaming in Pop Culture

Lead producer Jessica Nam expressed excitement about partnering with talented individuals to showcase what League of Legends represents to the world. She highlighted how gaming has become a cultural phenomenon and a central part of pop culture.
