Riot to Introduce New Exciting Stats to Track in League of Legends’ Upcoming Eternals

Riot Games Revamps Stat Tracking in League of Legends

Riot Games has decided to make significant changes to the stat tracking feature in their popular game, League of Legends. The feature, known as Eternals, allows players to track champion-specific stats and celebrate milestones. However, initial feedback from the community stated that Eternals were not exciting enough. In response, Riot Games has added more Unique Eternals per champion to make the tracking more “skill-expressive.”

What are Eternals?

Eternals are a way for players to track specific in-game stats for their chosen champion. For example, a player can track how many long-range Ashe arrows they have landed. There are also Common Eternals that track stats applicable to all champions, such as takedowns and epic monsters killed.

Improved Launch Series

Riot Games has made changes to the launch series of Eternals for each champion to make them more exciting. Previously underwhelming stats have been replaced with more interesting ones. For instance, Vladimir’s stat used to be “Enemy champions killed,” but now it’s “Skillshot missiles dodged with Sanguine Pool (W).”

Each champion will now have two Eternals series, each containing three Eternals. Riot Games will continually add more Eternals based on player feedback.

Release Date

Although there is no official release date for Eternals yet, the extensive overhaul and debut on the Public Beta Environment indicate that it will likely be launching in the near future.
