Riot Games is releasing five new skins to celebrate the Lunar New Year in League of Legends. The skins, Firecracker Diana, Tristana, Sett, Xin Zhao, and Teemo, honor the occasion of the Lunar New Year. Every year since 2011, Riot has released new skins for this event, with the first one being Lion Dance Kog’Maw. These skins are part of the Lunar Revel skin line, which celebrates the advent of the Lunar New Year. Some Lunar Revel skins are permanently added to the League of Legends shop, while others, like Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere and Coin Emperor Tahm Kench, are Legacy skins that may not always be available in the store. However, previous Lunar Revel skins may return for the Lunar New Year festivities. The Lunar Revel skin line has also featured Prestige skins, with the first one being Prestige Firecracker Vayne in 2019. Alongside the Firecracker skins, Riot is releasing the Porcelain skin line, which includes Prestige Porcelain Lux. The Firecracker skins are expected to be available on the Rift around Feb. 1, 2022, which is the Lunar New Year’s Eve.
