Riot Games Reveals New Game Mode “Teamfight Tactics” for League of Legends

Riot Games, the creator of League of Legends, has unveiled their latest game mode called Teamfight Tactics. In this round-based strategy mode, eight players will compete against each other in a race where the player who creates the best combination of champions, items, and battle formations emerges victorious. Fans can look forward to around 50 playable champions at launch, with more characters being added over time.

Release Date and Beta Testing

Teamfight Tactics is scheduled to be released on June 25, alongside Patch 9.13. However, players will have the opportunity to test out the game mode early on June 18 in the Public Beta Environment. This will allow players to provide feedback and help improve the mode before its official release.

Potential Mobile Version

Rumors of a mobile version of League of Legends have been circulating recently, leading some fans to believe that Teamfight Tactics may be the mobile game in question. However, Riot Games clarified that there are currently no plans for a mobile version of Teamfight Tactics. The possibility of a mobile version in the future, however, has not been ruled out.
