Riot Games Cooking Up a New Patch with Major Adjustments to Champions and Items
AD carries are still mourning the heavy nerfs to Stormrazor from Patch 13.11. However, there is good news on the horizon as Riot Games prepares to release Patch 13.12. This upcoming patch is packed with buffs, nerfs, and major adjustments to champions and items. The most anticipated change in this patch will address the broken interactions of Duskblade of Draktharr.
Last week, Rioters Phroxzon and Phlox shared details about Patch 13.12 on June 5. The patch will bring changes to 19 champions and six items in League of Legends. Additionally, it will include adjustments to the broken interactions of Duskblade of Draktharr, as well as tweaks to Lucian and Rumble.
Fixing Broken Duskblade of Draktharr Interactions
The changes to Duskblade of Draktharr will primarily focus on fixing the broken interactions with Katarina and Samira. Currently, these champions are able to jump into teamfights, become untargetable and invulnerable while casting their ultimates, and leave no room for counterplay. This creates an unfair advantage for them, making it nearly impossible to stop them once they secure their first takedown.
Adjustments for Rumble and Lucian
Both Rumble and Lucian will undergo significant adjustments in Patch 13.12. The changes to Rumble are aimed at transforming him into a fully-fledged AP bruiser. This will allow him to effectively deal with tanks and juggernauts in the top lane. As for Lucian, the specific modifications are yet to be revealed.
