Renata Glasc gets selected 9 times in her opening week of pro League matches

Renata Glasc Makes Debut on the Professional Stage in League of Legends

Last week, the latest champion in League of Legends, Renata Glasc, made her first appearance in competitive leagues worldwide as the game transitioned to Patch 12.4.

Renata’s Impact in Major and Minor Regions

In the last week, Renata was picked a total of nine times across major and minor regions, as reported by League stats site, Games of Legends. She was chosen in Europe’s LEC and China’s LPL, but not in any LCS games. However, she was still disabled for week seven of Korea’s LCK Spring Split.

Renata’s Performance on the Global Stage

Out of the nine games in which Renata appeared, she only secured victory in three. Notably, Fnatic support Hylissang had two wins with Renata, contributing to their second-place finish in the LEC Spring Split. Hylissang displayed excellent gameplay with a KDA of 11.0, achieving a combined scoreline of 5/3/28 during his time with Renata.

Renata’s popularity was also evident from the 17 times she was banned in games last week. She has been involved in just over six percent of all drafts on Patch 12.4, according to Games of Legends. For comparison, the first champion of 2022, Zeri, appeared in over 50 percent of drafts on her debut patch, 12.3.

Renata’s Future in Professional Leagues

As professional leagues approach their Spring Split playoffs, Renata Glasc is expected to be fully available for all players. Major region games resume tomorrow at 3am CT, with Victory Five taking on Bilibili Gaming in the LPL.
