League of Legends Patch 12.4: New Champion and Balancing Updates
The League of Legends community recently welcomed the release of Patch 12.4 on Feb. 16. This update brings a mix of buffs and nerfs to several champions, while also introducing a new champion named Renata Glasc.
Renata Glasc is the 159th champion to join Summoner’s Rift and she holds the title of Baroness of Chemicals. She is the founder of Glasc Industries, a company that aims to “improve lives” and is based in Zaun. In the game, Renata is designed as a support champion. Players have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Renata in-game since Patch 12.4 went live. According to Riot Games, the new champion is expected to be available on Thursday, Feb. 17. However, the exact release time has not been disclosed yet.
Based on the release time of Zeri, who joined the game just a month ago, Renata is likely to go live around 4pm CT on Thursday evening in the U.S.
