Rekkles achieves pentakill playing as Vayne

Fnatic’s Martin “Rekkles” Larsson Breaks Kill Record in European LCS

Fnatic’s Martin “Rekkles” Larsson delivered an outstanding performance in the League Championship Series, setting a new kill record in the European LCS.

Larsson’s Vayne led Fnatic to their seventh consecutive victory, achieving an impressive 18 kills in a match against Copenhagen Wolves. This places Larsson just one kill behind the overall record set by William “Scarra” Li and his Master Yi.

With this astounding feat, Larsson has surpassed the previous European LCS single-game kill record of fifteen kills held by Søren “Bjergsen” Bjerg and Erik “TabzZ” van Helvert. Despite coming close to breaking the overall record, Larsson narrowly missed out on securing it as two Copenhagen Wolves players escaped his wrath by hiding in their fountain.

Larsson’s exceptional performance was highlighted by a pentakill, wiping out the entire Copenhagen Wolves team with his Vayne’s stake launcher.

Throughout the match, Larsson finishes with an impressive 18/0/3 KDA line, contributing to 72% of the team’s kills. The game lasted for a total of 31 minutes and 35 seconds, resulting in Larsson averaging more than a kill per two minutes.

Larsson also earned a staggering 17868 gold, which equates to an astonishing 566 Gold Per Minute. His earnings were more than triple that of the lowest earning player on the Copenhagen Wolves team.

The Swedish marksman dominated the game early on by taking advantage of Wolves’ top laner Joey “YoungBuck” Steltenpool, securing four early kills. This allowed Larsson to snowball his advantage and become a formidable mid game force.

Rekkles’ outstanding performance has put Fnatic in a favorable position, currently standing at 14-7 on the season and just one game behind Alliance for first place in the European LCS.
