EU LCS Relegation Tournament Update
As the EU LCS relegation tournament continues, Origen and Team ROCCAT faced tough challenges against Misfits and Unicorns of Love, respectively.
Misfits Defeat Origen 2-0
In a surprising turn of events, former mid laner and owner of Origen, Enrique “xPeke” Cedeno Martinez, stepped in to try and save his team from relegation. Despite their efforts, Misfits emerged victorious in both games. Origen struggled with miscommunication and missed opportunities in the first game, while the second game showed promise but was ultimately won by Misfits due to Origen’s aggressive mistakes.
Unicorns of Love Dominate Team ROCCAT 2-0
After a disappointing performance at IEM Katowice, Unicorns of Love aimed to bounce back against winless Team ROCCAT. Unicorns dominated the first game, securing multiple objectives and controlling the game from start to finish. Game two was no different, with Unicorns easily overpowering Team ROCCAT and securing a 14,000 gold lead within 25 minutes.
