Recap of North America LCS Week 4, Day 3: The Day of Dominance

Recap of Day 3, Week 4 of the NA LCS Summer Split

Day 3, Week 4 of the 2016 North American League Championship Series (NA LCS) Summer Split saw total domination as every winning team swept their opponents in two games. Let’s take a look at how the day unfolded.

Cloud9 vs. NRG eSports

Cloud9 had an easy victory over NRG eSports, following their win against Team EnVyUs. In game one, NRG only managed to kill two Cloud9 players and destroy two turrets, while Cloud9 maintained complete control. The second game was a repeat of the first, with Cloud9 taking significant advantages and securing the win.

TeamSoloMid vs. Team EnVyUs

TSM had a dominant performance against EnVyUs in both games. In game one, TSM controlled the game from start to finish, taking 11 turrets and five drakes. Game two was even worse for EnVyUs, as TSM’s players, Hauntzer and Biofrost, delivered perfect performances, resulting in another overwhelming victory for TSM.

Counter Logic Gaming vs. Phoenix1

CLG made quick work of Phoenix1 in game one, securing 11 kills, 10 turrets, and three dragons in just under 30 minutes. Game two was a closer match, but CLG still emerged victorious, thanks to Darshan’s split-pushing strategy.

Apex Gaming vs. Echo Fox

Apex had a dominant performance against Echo Fox in both games. In game one, Ray’s outstanding performance on Jax paved the way for Apex’s victory. Game two followed a similar pattern, with Apex outplaying Echo Fox in every aspect of the game.
