Quickshot departs from the Worlds broadcast early over a family matter

“Quickshot Steps Away from League of Legends World Championship Coverage Due to Family Issues”

Caster Trevor “Quickshot” Henry has announced his early departure from the League of Legends World Championship. Taking to Twitter, he explained that he will be returning home to deal with some family problems. Quickshot expressed gratitude for the opportunity to cover this year’s tournament and expressed confidence in the remaining casting team.

“Quickshot Will Still Be Involved as a Spectator During the World Championship”

Although he won’t be at the casting desk, Quickshot assured fans that he will be watching the World Championship from home and actively engaging with the community on platforms like Reddit and Twitter.

“Riot to Fill the Void in English Broadcast Team”

Quickshot’s absence from the semifinal matches leaves a gap in the English broadcast team. However, Riot has backup casters available, including Aidan “Zirene” Moon, who had been removed from the broadcast earlier this month.

“Remaining Casters for World Championship Matches Still Unknown”

Riot has not publicly released the schedule of casters for the three remaining World Championship matches. It is likely that veteran casters such as David “Phreak” Turley and Martin “Deficio” Lynge will be taking on the important games.

The World Championship will resume on Oct. 27 with a match between G2 Esports and Invictus Gaming, marking the start of the semifinals.
