Presenting the League of Legends Patch 13.22 patch notes

The League of Legends balance cycle is slowing down as Riot Games prepares for season 14. But that doesn’t mean the upcoming League Patch 13.22 will be devoid of buffs, nerfs, and changes. Riot has confirmed that there will be three buffs, seven nerfs, and three adjustments for characters that have been closely monitored throughout season 13. [source]

No item or rune changes are planned for this update, unless there are last-minute shifts in the meta. However, fans can look forward to the release of the HEARTSTEEL skins, inspired by the boy band that debuted with their hit single “PARANOIA.” There will be six new cosmetics for various champions.

When will League Patch 13.22 go live?

The patch is set to go live on Wednesday, November 8. The exact release time may vary depending on the region, but it will likely be around 3pm CT in North America, 5am GMT in EU West, 3am CET in EU North East, and 8am KR in Korea.

What’s in League Patch 13.22?

League devs go after “outliers”

The developers are focusing on balancing champions who are either too weak or too strong in the current meta. Some of the champions undergoing adjustments include Dr. Mundo, Rammus, Tahm Kench, Senna, Kassadin, and Nilah. Expect around a dozen changes in total.

Janna is “unfun to play,” so Riot is changing her

Riot has identified Janna as a champion that has become unsatisfying to play. In response, they will be making adjustments to improve the player experience.

Meet League’s new boyband, HEARTSTEEL

HEARTSTEEL is the latest music group in League of Legends, following the success of K/DA and True Damage. The members of the boy band include Aphelios, Ezreal, Kayn, K’Sante, Sett, and Yone. All of them will be receiving new band-themed cosmetics. In addition, Yone will also get a Prestige skin.
