Possible revision: Potential visa complications could delay the debut of Broxah, Cain, and Shernfire for Team Liquid.

Team Liquid Faces Potential Setback for 2020 LCS Spring Split

Team Liquid, one of the leading teams in the League of Legends community, may face challenges at the start of the upcoming 2020 LCS Spring Split. This is due to delays in processing visas for key members of the team.

According to a tweet by the team’s owner, Steve Arhancet, the jungler Mads “Broxah” Brock-Pedersen, the head coach Jang “Cain” Nu-ri, and Academy jungler Shern “Shernfire” Cherng Tai are all experiencing visa processing delays. Arhancet expressed his hope that they may be able to compete at the start of the season, but acknowledged that it may not be possible. The delays have already affected the team’s practice sessions in January.

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the visa issues, Team Liquid is now considering backup options to fill in any potential gaps in their lineups. Visa issues are not uncommon in the esports industry, but the extent of these delays could pose a challenge for the team’s performance at the beginning of the year.

The LCS Spring Split is set to begin on January 25th, giving Team Liquid some time to resolve these visa matters. However, if a resolution is not reached in time, temporary players may need to take the stage for the team in the initial weeks of the season.
