The Phong Vũ Buffalo has earned a place in the MSI Group Stage after successfully fending off a reverse sweep attempt from Vega Squadron.
After a defeat to NA’s Team Liquid the day before, the Buffalo won the first two matches of the final. However, Vega Squadron fought back with some unique picks to force a Game 5. The Buffalo proved to be too strong, ultimately winning the series and securing their spot in the group stage alongside Team Liquid and the Flash Wolves.
Game 1: Buffalo dominates Vega Squadron
In the first game, the bot lane became a bloody battleground as BigKoro’s Kai’Sa secured the first kill.
