PePiiNeRo fulfills commitment to play as AD carry vs Rekkles

PepiiNeRo Wants to Play Against Rekkles

In a recent interview, Isaac “PePiiNeRo” Flores, mid laner for Giants Gaming, revealed that he considers Fnatic’s AD Carry, Rekkles, to be his biggest rival in the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS). He even wanted to add a clause in his contract with Giants that would allow him to play as the AD Carry when facing Rekkles. Although this may have started off as a joke, the recent game between Giants Gaming and Fnatic has proved that there may be some truth to it.

Flores Makes a Bold Move

In the match against Fnatic, Giants Gaming decided to swap roles between Flores and their AD Carry, Adryh. Flores took on the challenge of playing as the AD Carry, specifically to face off against Rekkles. Meanwhile, Adryh found himself in the mid lane against Fnatic’s talented mid laner, Febiven. Despite their efforts, Giants Gaming suffered a loss in the match, unable to take advantage of the role swap.

A Questionable Strategy

While Flores was able to achieve his personal goal of killing Rekkles in lane, the overall outcome of the match was not in Giants Gaming’s favor. Their decision to swap roles may have been seen as a questionable strategy, as it did not give them the best chance to win the game. This raises the question of whether or not teams should prioritize their best chances of winning over personal motivations.

Looking Forward

Although Giants Gaming may not have achieved a victory in their match against Fnatic, this bold move has generated an interesting storyline for fans to follow. As the playoff race continues, it remains to be seen how this strategy will affect Giants Gaming’s performance and if they will continue to take risks in their future games.
