These two champions are also part of the third, fourth, and fifth-best duos in League of Legends, solidifying their status as exceptional bot laners in Patch 13.12.

Miss Fortune has proven her worth as part of two of the best-performing duos in Patch 13.12, teaming up with Rakan and Leona. Meanwhile, Rell is a formidable partner for Samira. Surprisingly, all of them boast an astonishing win rate of over 55 percent.
Shifting Tides in the Bot Lane Meta
The recent rise of Miss Fortune and Rell has caused a shift in the bot lane meta. Previously, the top five duo tier list featured Milio and Lucian as the only champions that consistently ranked high. However, Milio received significant nerfs in Patch 13.12, while adjustments were made to Lucian that didn’t work out in his favor.
Potential Nerfs for Rell in the Future
Despite Rell also receiving nerfs in Patch 13.12, most of the changes affected her performance in the jungle rather than in the support role.
