Only 2 League of Legends stars maintain double-digit KDAs at Worlds—and they belong to the same team

In the quarterfinals of the 2022 League of Legends World Championship, T1’s bot lane duo Gumayusi and Keria have emerged as the top performers in terms of Kill-to-Death-Assist (KDA) ratio. Gumayusi leads the tournament with an impressive KDA of 18.5, while Keria closely follows with a KDA of 12.7, according to League stats site Oracle’s Elixir.

Gumayusi’s exceptional KDA is a result of an outstanding scoreline of 55/6/56 across nine games. He is just three kills away from surpassing Gen.G mid laner Chovy for the most total kills in the tournament. Meanwhile, Keria’s high KDA is largely attributed to his accumulation of assists. The T1 support has amassed a total of 107 assists with only nine deaths so far, making him one of the few pros to have played in the quarterfinals with fewer than 10 deaths at Worlds.

Impressive Performances Despite Eliminations

Although Top Esports’ mid laner Knight holds the third-highest KDA at the tournament with a mark of 8.4, his team was eliminated from the event last week. Apart from Gumayusi and Keria, other notable players with high KDAs still competing at Worlds include Chovy, Peanut, and Viper.

T1’s Gumayusi, Keria, and the rest of the team will be returning to the Worlds stage on October 29th against JDG.
