League of Legends AD Carries Find Must-Build Item in Patch 13.10
Most League of Legends champions are still experimenting with the new items introduced in Patch 13.10. However, AD carries have quickly discovered a must-build item.
Since Riot Games released Patch 13.10 on May 17, League players have been testing out different builds. It turns out that Stormrazor is emerging as one of the top choices for AD carries such as Jinx, Caitlyn, Akshan, and Kai’sa.
Previously, Stormrazor was only used situationally against long-range team compositions. It enhanced basic attacks and slowed enemies. However, it has now been updated to provide bonus magic damage and a burst of movement speed for auto attacks.

In addition to the enhanced on-hit effect, Stormrazor now has a more intuitive build path. It includes Noonquiver, Cloak of Agility, and Kircheis Shard, providing AD carries with the desired stats such as attack damage, attack speed, critical strike chance, and movement speed.
The only exceptions are Draven, Samira, and Nilah, who prefer a Lethality build with the new Yuumu or pairing the new Galeforce with the Collector for one-shotting opponents.
This iteration of Stormrazor may not last long if the goal of the item rework was to create distinct build paths for AD carries. It is likely that the item will undergo changes and potential nerfs. But for now, enjoy the benefits of Stormrazor.
