NRG announces formidable additions to their bottom lane for the 2023 LCS Summer Split

Counter Logic Gaming’s Roster Gets an Upgrade for the 2023 LCS Summer Split

Counter Logic Gaming’s League of Legends team, now under NRG Esports, is set to make a big impact in the upcoming 2023 LCS Summer Split with the addition of two top free agents. Victor “FBI” Huang and Lee “IgNar” Dong-geun join the roster as the new bottom lane duo, bringing much-needed firepower to the team.

Meet the New Additions: FBI and IgNar

FBI, previously the AD carry for 100 Thieves and Evil Geniuses, has been a consistent DPS threat since his LCS debut with Golden Guardians in 2019. With experience on winning rosters, including 100 Thieves’ championship victory in 2021, FBI brings valuable expertise and a knack for performing on the big stage.

IgNar, a veteran support, has played for various teams and regions, such as Misfits Gaming, Schalke 04, KT Rolster, and several NA organizations. Known for his aggressive playstyle on engage champions like Alistar, Thresh, Rakan, and Nautilus, IgNar’s experience will be a valuable asset to the team.

Potential and Chemistry

With the addition of FBI and IgNar, Counter Logic Gaming’s roster has the potential to secure a spot in the top five of the LCS regular season standings. However, building strong chemistry among the team members will be crucial for a successful run in the postseason. The 2023 Spring Split CLG roster demonstrated great synergy both in and out of the game, and it will be important for FBI and IgNar to develop a connection with their new teammates.

The upcoming 2023 LCS Summer Split promises exciting competition as Counter Logic Gaming’s revamped roster aims to make their mark in the North American esports scene.
