Nongshim RedForce Defeats KT Rolster, Continues 4-Game Winning Streak in 2021 LCK Summer Split

Nongshim RedForce Dominates KT Rolster in 2-0 Victory

Nongshim RedForce secured a straightforward 2-0 win against KT Rolster, further extending their four-game winning streak in the 2021 LCK Summer Split. On the other hand, KT Rolster’s playoff hopes are dwindling.

The MVP votes went to AD carry Deokdam and mid laner Gori for their outstanding performance in today’s League of Legends series. Deokdam received the first vote after an impressive Aphelios showcase, while Gori earned his vote with his exceptional Sylas pick in the second match.

The first match started with Peanut’s aggressive plays using Volibear to consistently invade his opponents. His efforts allowed Nongshim RedForce to establish a lead across the map and enter the midgame with better item advantage. Despite KT having a strong teamfighting composition, they couldn’t recover from their early-game setback and suffered a loss in the first match.

In the second match, KT banned crucial picks from Nongshim RedForce, which played a part in their victory in the first match. KT showed improvement in the early game and stood up against Nongshim RedForce’s aggressiveness. However, as the match progressed into the midgame, Nongshim RedForce’s superior teamfighting skills allowed them to dominate and secure a 2-0 series win.

Nongshim RedForce (9-3) will face Fredit BRION (5-7) next week, which should be an easy match for them to continue their winning streak in the 2021 LCK Summer Split.
