League of Legends Welcomes Naafiri, the Hound of a Hundred Bites
The highly anticipated addition to League of Legends has finally arrived. Naafiri, the Hound of a Hundred Bites, is now available for purchase in the game’s in-game shop. With Patch 13.14, players can now access this mid lane assassin with a unique kit that focuses on controlling multiple entities and swiftly eliminating enemies one by one.
League fans can get their hands on Naafiri for 7,800 Blue Essence or 975 Riot Points. This new champion, the 164th in the game, brings a fresh dynamic to the ever-expanding cast of champions.
Introducing the First Darkin Champion in Years
Naafiri is a Darkin champion, and the first one to be added since Kayn in 2017. This deadly dagger-wielder possesses the minds of a pack of dogs, granting her the ability to control multiple bodies at the same time. These bodies can be summoned and used for both defensive and offensive purposes. Naafiri can even heal her pack with a simple press of a button, making her a force to be reckoned with in the game.
Soul Fighter Event and More
Players can expect Naafiri to play a significant role in the highly anticipated Soul Fighter event. This event not only introduces a new skin for Naafiri that ties into the event’s lore, but also features her as a cameo champion in the new Arena mode. The event, which includes various cosmetics for other champions, a battle pass, and new rewards, has launched alongside Naafiri today, July 20th.

While Naafiri brings excitement to League players, Riot Games has teased the next upcoming champion, a vampiric jungler named Briar. No release date or further details have been revealed, but fans can expect Riot to provide more information in the coming months.
