Multiple League of Legends champions acquire new Cosmic skins, such as Skarner, Hecarim, Varus, and Nidalee, to join the interstellar battle.

Riot Introduces New Cosmic Skins in League of Legends

Riot Games is continuing its space-themed cosmetics in League of Legends with a new set of Cosmic skins. The latest PBE preview reveals that several champions, including Skarner, Hecarim, Nidalee, Anivia, Illaoi, Nami, Vladimir, and Varus, will receive these stunning new skins. Additionally, Lissandra will be getting a Dark Cosmic skin, while Soraka will earn a Prestige Star Guardian cosmetic. You can check out the preview on the official League of Legends Twitter page.

The introduction of these new skins will be a welcome addition to many players, especially those who have been waiting for new cosmetics for their favorite champions. For example, Skarner’s last skin was released back in April 2015, making this update long overdue.

Each of the Cosmic champions will have a unique look that reflects the beauty of the universe. The skins will feature vibrant purples, blues, and golds, with some even incorporating constellations into their animations.

Furthermore, Riot had previously announced a Prestige skin for Soraka in a developer post earlier this year. This Prestige Edition cosmetic will be the first of its kind, created from a previously-released skin to gauge players’ interest.

The new Cosmic skins are set to hit the PBE (Public Beta Environment) soon and will likely be released on live servers in the next patch. Stay tuned for more updates!
