Mithy and Kold join Origen to complete their 2019 LEC roster.

Origen completes their League of Legends lineup for the 2019 season

Origen, one of the new organizations in the LEC, has finalized their roster for the upcoming season of League of Legends. RFRSH Entertainment announced that support player Alfonso “Mithy” Aguirre Rodríguez and jungler Jonas “Kold” Andersen have joined the team. They will be playing alongside top laner Barney “Alphari” Morris, mid laner Erlend “Nukeduck” Holm, and ADC Patrik “Sheriff” Jiru.

André Guilhoto will serve as the team’s head coach, with Fabian Broich as the assistant coach. Origen’s general manager, Martin “Deficio” Lynge, expressed his excitement about the roster and the team’s plans for the future.

Deficio said, “We wanted to combine our veterans with one to two gifted young players. Sheriff is our young gun who we are certain will grow tremendously under the influence of the more experienced group of Alphari, Kold, Nukeduck, and Mithy, who all participated at Worlds. All four players are known for their strong communication and knowledge of the game, which will become a clear strength of ours.”

Mithy previously played for Origen from December 2014 to May 2016 before joining G2 Esports. After a disappointing 2018 season in North America with TSM, Mithy is now returning to Europe.

Kold, formerly known as Trashy, played for Unicorns of Love last season after spending two years with Splyce.
