League of Legends Patch 14.4: Buffs for Underperforming Champions

Riot Phroxzon, the lead gameplay designer for League, has provided players with a patch preview for Patch 14.4. The patch will be available for testing on the PBE in a few days and officially released on Feb. 22. This upcoming patch introduces a significant number of buffs to champions that haven’t received attention in a while, aiming to improve their viability in all levels of play.
