LS Once Shared with Faker That Soraka Is Overpowered: Faker’s Excitement Became Evident

T1’s Faker Reacts to LS’s Comment about Soraka

On the first episode of Doublelift’s new podcast, called “Trash Talk”, Cloud9’s LCS head coach LS and LEC on-air talent Caedrel revealed an interesting interaction with T1’s Faker. LS mentioned during a VOD review session that Soraka was a broken champion, and Faker’s reaction was priceless. He smiled, his eyes lit up, and he turned to Teddy, saying, “I told you.” LS also shared that C9’s new AD carry Berserker frequently discusses T1’s peculiar picks in scrim matches with the T1 players.

An Unorthodox Approach by LS

LS is renowned for his unconventional drafts and builds for League of Legends champions. This was clearly evident in C9’s first game of the 2022 LCS Spring Split against Golden Guardians. They won the game using a Sona-Ivern composition, with Fudge taking on the role of Ivern in the mid lane. In their second game against Evil Geniuses, Fudge played another supportive mid laner, Soraka, and C9 emerged victorious once again.

Upcoming Strategies from LS

Excitingly, LCS and C9 fans can look forward to witnessing LS’s unique strategies in action when the team faces Team Liquid on Saturday, Feb. 12. It will undoubtedly be a thrilling match to see what creative ideas LS brings to the table as the coach of Cloud9.
