LoL Patch 13.22 Reverts Changes for Mundo, Rammus, Seraphine, and Tahm Kench

League of Legends Patch 13.22 Preview: Reverting Buffs and Nerfs

League of Legends Patch 13.21 brought significant changes to champions like Dr. Mundo, Rammus, Seraphine, and Tahm Kench. However, the upcoming Patch 13.22 will address some of these buffs and nerfs, as stated by lead gameplay designer Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison.

In a Patch 13.22 preview shared on October 31, Phroxzon mentioned that Riot had gone too far with these champions, particularly Seraphine for solo lane. Additional tuning changes can be expected for Dr. Mundo, Rammus, Seraphine, and Tahm Kench.

The full list of changes is yet to be revealed, but it will be announced in due time.

While Seraphine received numerous buffs to make her a stronger mid laner, Dr. Mundo, Rammus, and Tahm Kench experienced significant nerfs to their key abilities. Although some of the nerfs from the previous patch will likely remain, the three champions will receive reverts. On the other hand, Seraphine will undergo drastic changes.

Unfortunately, Seraphine’s buffs had little impact on her mid lane performance, with her win rate in the bottom lane reaching a whopping 55.48 percent in Patch 13.21. Rammus, however, wasn’t as fortunate, as his win rate dropped from 53.65 percent to just 49.71 percent, making him one of the worst junglers.

Preparing for the Upcoming Preseason

Patch 13.22 serves as a preparation for the upcoming preseason in League of Legends, which is set to begin on November 20. The preseason will introduce a plethora of changes, including a new split, significant jungle updates, and the removal of Mythic items that players have been eagerly anticipating.
