Liiv SANDBOX Claims Victory over T1 in 2021 LCK Summer Split

Liiv SANDBOX continued their dominant run in the 2021 LCK Summer Split, defeating T1 in a thrilling 2-1 series.

MVP Performances by LSB Players

LSB’s mid laner and support players stood out in the match. FATE, with his exceptional play on Ryze in the first game, controlled Faker and scaled well into the later stages of the game. His global presence allowed LSB to freely move around the map. Effort’s impressive performance on Alistar in the final game earned him the MVP vote. The highlight of the series was his Baron steal against T1.

T1’s Struggles and LSB’s Resilience

The first game saw LSB take an early lead and dominate the match, thanks to FATE’s pressure on Ryze. They secured the Cloud Dragon Soul and swiftly closed out the game. In the second match, T1 struggled without their power picks from the first game and fell behind, resulting in a series equalizer for LSB. The final game was a closely contested battle, with both teams trading blows. LSB ultimately secured the win after Effort’s heroic Baron steal and obtaining the Ocean Dragon Soul.

LSB Climbs to Fourth Place
