LEC Talent Team Forms Boy Band and Releases Music Video “Yearning for the LEC’s Return”

LEC Talent Team Releases Boy Band Inspired Music Video for 2020 Spring Split

The LEC talent team recently released a music video titled “I want the LEC back” in preparation for the upcoming 2020 League of Legends Spring Split.

In the video, Daniel Drakos, Aaron “Medic” Chamberlain, and Andrew “Vedius” Day trade in their suits and ties for navy blue tracksuits. They showcase their singing skills while playing the electric guitar, drum set, and microphone. Froskurinn Black, Quickshot Henry, and Bulii Valée also join in with their dancing performances.

“I want the LEC back so I can spam in the chat,” the trio sings. “I want the LEC back in my life. Rap battles, Vedi, Vedi. I want the LEC back tonight.”

Despite some cringe-worthy elements and questionable lyrics, the song is incredibly catchy and captures the essence of the LEC. The video also features stunning British countryside landscapes and pays tribute to boy bands like One Direction, Westlife, and Blue.

In a Reddit post, Medic admitted, “No. I can’t drum. I have never drummed. I feel sorry for everyone who saw me wildly flailing on a high hat for six hours while we filmed this.”
