LEC Caster Caedrel Achieves Top 100 Challenger Rank on League’s EUW Server

Marc “Caedrel” Lamont Breaks into Top 100 of European League of Legends Solo Queue

Marc “Caedrel” Lamont, LEC shoutcaster, has achieved a remarkable feat by entering the top 100 of Challenger solo queue players on the European League of Legends servers.

From Pro Player to On-Air Talent

Despite his success as one of the LEC’s most prominent shoutcasters this season, Caedrel brings a wealth of experience as a former professional League of Legends player. It’s no surprise to see him maintain his skills at such a high level, considering he played his last game on the LEC stage less than a year ago.

Impressive Win Rate and Most Played Champions

Caedrel’s ranking achievement comes with an impressive win-loss record of 119-54 this season, resulting in a win rate of 68.7 percent. During his climb, his most frequently played champions were Lee Sin and Xin Zhao, with 109 and 25 games played, respectively.

A Change in Playstyle

Caedrel’s dedication to Lee Sin this season is noteworthy, as it differs from his previous “jack-of-all-trades” playstyle during his professional career. According to League stats site, Games of Legends, Caedrel played a total of 41 different champions throughout his on-stage career, with no single champion played more than 15 games.

Caedrel retired from professional play at the end of the last season, where he showcased his skills as a mid laner and jungler for notable European franchises like Schalke 04, H2K, and Excel Esports.
