League of Legends Patch 10.2 Sneak Peek: Champions in Store for Changes

League of Legends’ Patch 10.2 is just around the corner, and fans are getting a sneak peek at what’s to come. Lead gameplay designer Mark “Scruffy” Yetter recently unveiled the next champions set for changes in Patch 10.2.

Item Nerf and Champion Changes

The only item that will receive a nerf in Patch 10.2 is Stormrazor. As for champions, Qiyana, Nautilus, and Aphelios are the three that will be nerfed. On the other hand, there will be buffs for Draven, Karma, Viktor, Lulu, Ziggs, and Trundle. Additionally, Rift Herald and Frozen Heart will also receive buffs.

First Look at Patch 10.2

Mark Yetter recently tweeted a first look at Patch 10.2, promising more details on the changes. You can check out the tweet here.

Aphelios’ Nerfs and Fan Feedback

Aphelios should come as no surprise, as he has already received two rounds of nerfs. The most recent changes in Patch 10.1 included a decrease in base movement speed and health, as well as a 25 percent reduction in the damage to secondary targets with his ultimate ability. However, many fans believe these changes weren’t enough and have called on Riot Games to further address the champion’s strength.
