The Unfortunate Death of a League of Legends Player Upon Respawn
In a recent clip posted on Reddit, a player in the popular game League of Legends found themselves in an unfortunate situation. After respawning and attempting to join a late-game teamfight, the player was immediately killed by a long-range ability from an enemy Ziggs player.
The Devastating Mega Inferno Bomb
Standing far away from the enemy’s base, the Ziggs player unleashed a Mega Inferno Bomb, which dealt massive damage to the Caitlyn player. The bomb was even deadlier because the Caitlyn player had respawned right in its center, amplifying the damage they received. Ziggs’ ultimate ability deals even more damage to targets in the center of its hitbox.
Arcane Comet Takes the Kill
In addition to the Mega Inferno Bomb, the Caitlyn player also fell victim to a long-range proc of Arcane Comet, which dealt the killing blow. Despite the bomb not being enough to secure the kill, the additional damage from Arcane Comet proved fatal to the freshly-respawned Caitlyn player.
A Perfectly Timed Ultimate
The Ziggs player’s ultimate ability was timed perfectly, hitting just a few seconds before the Caitlyn player respawned. This left the Caitlyn player with no time to react and counter the ability. Despite having the Heal and Flash abilities available to them, the Caitlyn player was unable to avoid the immense damage from Ziggs.
