19 Champions Getting Balancing Changes in League of Legends Patch 11.14

League of Legends Patch 11.14 is introducing sweeping changes to 19 champions, targeting both competitive and casual play. Some of the champions receiving adjustments include Tahm Kench, Irelia, and Lillia. In addition to champion changes, the patch also brings a new limited-time game mode called Ultimate Spellbook, where players can use a different champion’s ultimate instead of a summoner spell.

Champion Changes in Patch 11.14

Akali:

– Five Point Strike: Can no longer be cast while dashing with Shuriken Flip.
– Perfect Execution: Reduced base recast minimum damage and base recast maximum damage.

Darius:

– Hemorrhage (Passive): Increased Noxian Might bonus attack damage.
– Apprehend (E): Reduced cooldown.

Dr. Mundo:

– Attack speed increased.
– Goes Where He Pleases (Passive): Health regen and cooldown changes.
– Infected Bonesaw (Q): Now heals for 100% of the health cost if it hits a monster.
– Blunt Force Trauma (E): Bonus damage to monsters increased.

Garen:

– Decisive Strike (Q): Increased bonus movement speed.
– Demacian Justice (R): Increased damage from target’s missing health.

Graves:

– Attack damage increased.

Illaoi:

– Movement speed increased.

Irelia:

– Health and magic resist reduced, but health growth increased.
– Ionian Fervor (Passive): Max stacks reduced, and bonus attack speed per stack adjusted.
– Bladesurge (Q): Adjusted dash speed and bonus damage to minions.
– Defiant Dance (W): Adjusted base damage reduction and maximum damage.
– Flawless Duet (E): Adjusted missile travel time and removed ability to recast while affected by crowd control.
– Vanguard’s Edge (R): Reduces Bladesurge’s cooldown by a certain amount.

Ultimate Spellbook Game Mode

– Ultimate Spellbook is a new limited-time game mode where players can choose a different champion’s ultimate instead of a second summoner spell.
– Ultimates scale with both AD and AP, and you can see everyone’s chosen alternative summoner spells on the scoreboard and next to their health bar.
