League of Legends Patch 10.1 Revamps Thresh’s Visual Effects with Exciting Updates

Lux visual effects update complete, Riot artist working on Thresh refresh

Riot artist Kevin “Sirhaian” Leroy, after completing the visual effects update for Lux, is now focusing on improving the look of Thresh in League of Legends.

A vigilant fan noticed some visual changes to the champion Thresh in the Aphelios Champion Spotlight and tweeted about it. This prompted Sirhaian to clarify that he aimed to make Thresh’s abilities more visually clear while maintaining the aesthetic seen in the cinematic “Senna: Shadow’s Embrace”.

Sirhaian detailed the VFX update for Thresh in a Dev Corner post.
