League of Legends leaders commit to addressing concerns with Blue Essence Emporium, planning its return by the conclusion of 2023.

The Blue Essence Emporium Returns with Exciting Changes

If you have a surplus of Blue Essence in League of Legends following the recent Blue Essence Emporium, you’re in luck—because it’s making a comeback later this year with some significant changes.

In a recent League developer blog post, Riot Games addressed the upcoming lore changes, champion releases, and provided information about the Blue Essence Emporium. They acknowledged the problems that occurred during its return in September and promised that the updated version coming in December will offer more options for players.

Riot Meddler expressed gratitude for the return of the Blue Essence Emporium, but noted that it had issues with its technical functionality as well as a limited range of available items compared to previous iterations.

Fans quickly noticed that the range of Chromas available for purchase with Blue Essence had barely changed from the previous version of the shop. Meddler confirmed that this time, more Chromas will be available, along with returning options like mystery icons, mystery gifting, and discounted rune pages.

While an exact date for the return of the Blue Essence Emporium hasn’t been announced, it is expected to coincide with Patch 13.24 on December 6. Players are encouraged to accumulate Blue Essence by opening capsules and Hextech Chests, as it seems that there will be plenty of items to buy this time around.
