League of Legends developers aim to reintegrate Seraphine into support role through significant adjustments.

Seraphine is seeing changes to her abilities and base stats in the upcoming update for League of Legends. These adjustments are aimed at shifting her into a supporting role, as she has been dominating in the mid and bot lanes.

The changes to her Q, W, and E abilities were introduced on the League PBE on Oct. 12, with a focus on improving her support strengths.

One significant change is her mana tweaks. Her Surround Sound and Beat Drop abilities now have different costs, and her overall mana economy has been altered to align with other popular support picks.

In addition, Seraphine’s health, armor, and attack speed are also being adjusted.

Seraphine League PBE changes:

Base stats

  • Reduced health growth from 104 to 90
  • Reduced mana from 440 plus 40 to 360 plus 50
  • Changed mana regeneration from 8.0 plus 1.0 to 11.5 plus 0.4
  • Increased base armor from 19 to 26
  • Increased attack speed growth from one to two percent

Q – High Note

  • Increased minimum base damage from 55-115 to 60-160
  • Increased maximum base damage from 82.5-172.5 to 90-240
  • Changed minimum ability power scaling from 45-65 percent to 45 percent constant
  • Changed maximum ability power scaling from 67.5-97.5 percent to 67.5 percent constant
  • Reduced cooldown from 10-5 to 9-5 seconds

W – Surround Sound

  • Increased base shield from 50-130 to 60-200
  • Removed missing health heal ability power scaling, base value remains at 5-7 percent missing health
  • Increased mana cost from 50-90 to 70-90

E – Beat Drop

  • Increased base damage from 60-140 to 60-180
  • Changed cooldown from 10 seconds to 11-9 seconds
  • Reduced mana cost from 60-100 to 60-80

It’s important to note that her ultimate ability, Encore, and her Note-themed Stage Presence passive have not been changed. These adjustments are currently available on the League PBE testing realm.

Seraphine has been a powerful presence in the mid and bot lanes throughout the season, boasting high win rates. However, as a support pick, she has seen less success. Out of just over 8,000 games played in the 13.20 patch, she has only won 49.24 percent of matches.

While there is no official release date for the mini-rework, it is expected to be included in League Patch 13.21, which is anticipated to launch on Wednesday, Oct. 25.

Please keep in mind that these changes are still subject to modification or removal by the developers before they are implemented on live servers.
