League of Legends bug turns Caitlyn’s character model invisible, leaving only a floating gun

League of Legends Bug Turns Caitlyn into a Floating Gun

League of Legends is a team-based game where players use strategy and skill to defeat their opponents. However, sometimes bugs can lead to unexpected and amusing glitches. In a recent Reddit post, a player shared their encounter with an interesting Caitlyn bug that caused her to become a floating gun in the game.

The bug occurred after Caitlyn’s ally, Tahm Kench, swallowed her character. When Caitlyn re-emerged, she had no body and only a floating gun. This unusual glitch affected not only Caitlyn, but also her teammates and enemies, making it a game-breaking issue.

The player who experienced the bug explained, “So I had a bug where after Tahm Kench ate me, my whole model turned invis and I just sorta became a… floating gun for the whole game. This wasn’t only for me by the way, I was invis for my team and also the enemy team. So sorta game breaking.”

The community reacted to this glitch with humor, suggesting that Caitlyn may now be a confirmed Darkin who was consumed by her own gun. Darkin champions like Aatrox and Kayn are corrupted Ascended who were imprisoned by their weapons.

A player speculated on the cause of the bug, suggesting that something locked the visibility of Caitlyn’s model when she was swallowed by Tahm Kench, but it didn’t affect the weapon’s animation. This resulted in a sentient gun capable of causing destruction.

This is not the first time an invisible champion bug has been reported in League of Legends. Players had previously complained about an issue with Nunu and his Yeti appearing out of thin air to execute a devastating attack.

At the moment, there aren’t many reports of this Caitlyn bug. However, if it continues to affect gameplay, it is likely that Riot Games will release a hotfix to address it.
