League challenge remade titles may be considered a bug once more

League of Legends Challenges: Changes to Titles in Season 13

League of Legends challenges have been an exciting feature since May 2022, rewarding players for their unique plays, approach to the game, and collections. With the arrival of Season 13 on Jan. 10 and 11, the community has noticed some changes to the challenge titles. However, it’s unclear whether these changes are intended or not.

After recent updates to the League client, players quickly realized that the challenge titles have changed colors. For example, the title for successfully dodging skill shots, previously known as Fancy Feet, is now called Artful Dodger. Additionally, the Absolute titles have returned, with examples such as Absolute Artist, Absolute Treasure, and Absolute Summoner.

This change in challenge titles has raised concerns among the community, as a similar issue occurred a few months ago when placeholder titles appeared on the live servers. Many believe that this is another bug and expect Riot to fix it soon.

In Season 13, players can expect to have their seasonal League challenges and titles reset or updated for 2023. This means that challenges like Unkillable Demon King: 2022 will no longer be obtainable, and they will be replaced with the challenge Unkillable Demon King: 2023. However, other challenges will remain unchanged, allowing players to continue their progress.
