LCS and LEC 2021 offseason roster changes tracker

The League of Legends World Championship is coming to a close, which means the professional offseason is about to begin. Teams from around the world will be making changes to their rosters, and players will be finding new homes. Many professional contracts will expire on November 15, giving players the opportunity to sign new deals with new teams or re-sign with their current organizations.

Several teams have already made moves ahead of the November 15 date. Here are some of the confirmed and reported moves so far:

**100 Thieves**
– Cloud9 head coach Mithy will reportedly join 100 Thieves’ coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2022.
– 100 Thieves’ LCS-winning squad will return for the 2022 season, with Academy-level top laner Tenacity joining as a substitute.

**Cloud9**
– Cloud9 has made mid laner Perkz available for buyout. Perkz helped C9 secure the LCS Spring Split title in 2021.
– Perkz has departed from Cloud9 after just one competitive season.
– Vulcan transferred to Evil Geniuses after two years with Cloud9.
– Cloud9 is acquiring LCK Challenger support Winsome and Liiv Sandbox top laner Summit.

**CLG**
– CLG has hired Jonathon McDaniel as its new general manager.
– Thinkcard has been hired as the new head coach for CLG.
– All five of CLG’s 2021 starters have been released from their contracts.
– Contractz will reportedly join CLG in 2022 after spending the 2021 season as a substitute for Evil Geniuses.
– Jenkins, Contractz, Palafox, Luger, and Poome have been revealed as CLG’s starting five for the 2022 season.

**Dignitas**
– Dignitas and Aphromoo have parted ways. Aphromoo will enter free agency for the third time in his career.
– Dignitas has released mid laners Soligo and Yusui, as well as support JayJ.
– Dignitas is reportedly signing PSG Talon jungler River and SK Gaming mid laner Blue. Former Misfits coach Enatron will reportedly join as the head coach.
– Dignitas AD carry Neo will rejoin the team for the 2022 season.
– Former TSM and CLG support Biofrost has joined Dignitas for the 2022 season.

**Evil Geniuses**
– Evil Geniuses has made a move for LEC MVP Inspired. Inspired will join the team in the jungle in 2022.
– Jiizuke has been released from Evil Geniuses after two years with the organization.
– Vulcan has joined Evil Geniuses from Cloud9, replacing IgNar at the support position.
– Evil Geniuses has officially bought out the contract of Rogue jungler Inspired.

**FlyQuest**
– FlyQuest has reportedly signed GameWard mid laner Toucouille and former Dignitas support Aphromoo.
– FlyQuest has released head coach Kanani, support Dreams, and mid laners Triple and Palafox.
– FlyQuest’s full roster for the 2022 season includes Kumo, Josedeodo, Toucouille, Johnsun, and Aphromoo.

**Golden Guardians**
– Golden Guardians has released three players from its Academy roster: RoseThorn, Yunbee, and Newbie.
– Academy top laner Niles has retired from professional play.
– Golden Guardians has re-signed solo laners Licorice and Ablazeolive and has signed former Immortals and Team Liquid support Olleh.
– Golden Guardians is reportedly signing Karmine Corp AD carry xMatty and negotiating a buyout for the contract of TSM top laner Lost.

**Immortals**
– Dardoch is looking to resume his playing career elsewhere after his role as an assistant coach at Immortals.
– Immortals will reportedly lose head coach Guilhoto to Team Liquid. Top laner Revenge’s contract has been extended.
– Immortals will reportedly sign PowerOfEvil and WildTurtle. PowerOfEvil and Wildturtle played together on FlyQuest in 2020.

**Team Liquid**
– Team Liquid will reportedly reconstruct its roster by adding Bwipo, Bjergsen, and Hans sama during free agency.
– Head coach Guilhoto will reportedly join Team Liquid.
– Tactical and Alphari have been released from Team Liquid, and Santorin has re-signed for another two years.
– Bwipo has officially joined Team Liquid as a top laner, and Hans sama has joined as an AD carry.
– Bjergsen has officially returned to professional play as Team Liquid’s mid laner.

**TSM**
– TSM’s longtime mid laner Bjergsen has moved on from the organization after spending the 2021 season as a head coach.
– TSM and SwordArt have parted ways after just one season together.
– Huni and Spica will return to TSM’s lineup for the 2022 season.
– PowerOfEvil has been released from TSM, and Tactical will reportedly join as the starting AD carry.
– TSM is reportedly hiring Hong Kong Attitude head coach Chawy as its next head coach.
– TSM has signed Keaiduo and Shenyi from China’s LDL.

**Astralis**
– MagiFelix has been released from Astralis after one season.
– Jeskla has been released from Astralis after one season.

**Excel Esports**
– Head coach Youngbuck has re-signed with Excel for the 2022 season.
– Finn has joined Excel as the starting top laner.

**Fnatic**
– Hylissang’s contract has been extended through the 2023 season.
– Fnatic will reportedly sign Misfits jungler Razork to a multi-year deal.
– Bwipo has decided not to renew his contract with Fnatic and is leaving the organization.
– Wunder will reportedly join Fnatic as the new top laner.
– Humanoid has joined Fnatic as the starting mid laner.

**G2 Esports**
– Caps’ contract has been extended through the 2023 season.
– G2 has put Rekkles, Grabbz, Wunder, Mikyx, and Nelson on the trading block.
– Targamas has been signed as the starting support.
– Flakked will reportedly be signed as the starting AD carry.
– GrabbZ and Duffman have departed from G2’s coaching staff.
– Broken Blade has joined G2 as the starting top laner.

**MAD Lions**
– The coaching staff of MAD Lions has extended their contracts for the 2022 season.
– MAD Lions has reportedly signed xMatty as the starting AD carry.
– MAD Lions is reportedly signing RKR from Berlin International Gaming as the mid laner.
– Unforgiven and Reeker have officially joined MAD Lions as the AD carry and mid laner.

**Misfits**
– Hirit, Vander, and Neon have reportedly signed with Misfits, and Shlatan has been promoted from the Academy team.

**Rogue**
– Inspired’s contract has reportedly been sold to Evil Geniuses.

**SK Gaming**
– TynX has been released from SK Gaming.
– Jesiz has departed from SK Gaming.
– Lilipp has been released from SK Gaming.

**Team BDS**
– xMatty has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Team BDS.
– Team BDS has reportedly bought out the contract of Fnatic top laner Adam.

**Team Vitality**
– Selfmade has signed a contract extension with Team Vitality.
– Perkz and Alphari have reportedly reached agreements to join Team Vitality.
– Carzzy has reportedly agreed to join Team Vitality on a three-year deal.
– Full roster includes Perkz, Carzzy, Alphari, Selfmade, and Labrov.
