Latest Updates on LoL: Essence Emporium, Wild Rift Skins, and Quick Play

League of Legends Dev Update Reveals Exciting Changes Coming Soon

The official League of Legends Weibo page has released an early dev update video that shares important information about the upcoming changes in the game. Let’s dive into the key highlights.

Essence Emporium Returns with Major Updates

According to the developers, the next Essence Emporium will be available in Patch 13.17 and will now be held twice a year. Before the event goes live, players will have access to a special button that allows them to mass-disenchant champion shards. Stay tuned for the exact dates of this exciting event.

New Wild Rift Skins and Quick Play

League of Legends fans can look forward to more Star Guardian skins making their way from Wild Rift to the main game. Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah and Rakan will be joining the lineup later this year, although specific dates have not been announced yet.

In addition, Quick Play mode, which allows players to select their role and champion before queuing and skip champion select, is undergoing development. The release of Quick Play mode has been delayed due to the developers working on Arena, but it will be available later this year as a replacement for Blind Pick.

Updates and More to Come

In August, Graves, Janna, Jarvan IV, Nami, Orianna, and Varus will receive updates to their ability icons. This will enhance the visual experience and keep the game fresh and exciting.

The dev update video promises more information in the future, including details about preseason changes, new champions, and champion updates. Stay tuned to the official League of Legends channels for the latest news and announcements.
