Karmine Corp allegedly scouting an AD carry for Worlds 2022 in the upcoming season

Karmine Corp Reportedly Acquiring AD Carry from Evil Geniuses for 2023 Season

Karmine Corp is set to acquire an AD carry who participated in the 2022 League of Legends World Championship, according to Blix.GG. The French organization has reached a verbal agreement with Muhammed Hasan “Kaori” Şentürk from Evil Geniuses.

Kaori’s Performance in Worlds 2022 and Evil Geniuses

Kaori stepped up as the AD carry for Evil Geniuses following their victory over Liquid in the 2022 LCS Championship, securing their spot at Worlds 2022. Kyle “Danny” Sakamaki, who originally held the position, stepped down due to mental health issues and won’t be returning to pro play in 2023.

Evil Geniuses attended Worlds 2022 and qualified for Group B through the play-ins. Unfortunately, they only managed to win one game against G2 Esports and finished with a 1-5 record after losses to JD Gaming, DWG KIA, and G2.

Possible Return of Rekkles to Fnatic and Kaori Filling the AD Carry Slot

Karmine Corp’s current AD carry, Martin “Rekkles” Larsson, is rumored to be making a return to Fnatic for the 2023 season. Rekkles recently posted a picture with the caption “I’m back,” which suggests his potential return to Fnatic. If this is the case, it would leave an open AD carry slot in Karmine Corp, which Kaori could fill.
