Kaas and Nukeduck join LCS as leaders of 100 Thieves’ revamped coaching team

100 Thieves Signs Kaas and Nukeduck as Coaches for 2023 Season

North America’s top team, 100 Thieves, is making strategic moves after their early exit from the 2022 League of Legends World Championship. The organization has announced the addition of two experienced European players, Christophe “Kaas” van Oudheusden and Erlend “Nukeduck” Våtevik Holm, to their coaching staff for the upcoming 2023 season.

The new assistant coaches bring a wealth of experience from their successful careers in Europe. Kaas, who started as a support player in 2015 with Copenhagen Wolves, has competed for multiple organizations and was an assistant coach for MAD Lions in 2020. With a strong track record, including back-to-back LEC championships in 2021, Kaas will now lead 100 Thieves as the head coach in North America.

On the other hand, Nukeduck has been a prominent mid laner in the LEC since 2013, playing for notable teams such as Team ROCCAT, Team Vitality, and Schalke 04. Although he has yet to secure an LEC championship, Nukeduck brings valuable experience to the coaching team. Both Kaas and Nukeduck will work together behind the scenes to help 100 Thieves achieve their goals.
