Jensen reaches 1,000 LCS kills in week 9 of the 2019 Spring Split against Clutch Gaming

Team Liquid Star Player, Nicolaj Jensen, Reaches 1,000 LCS Regular Season Kills

Team Liquid is on the brink of a successful 2019 LCS Spring Split and one of their star players, Nicolaj Jensen, has achieved a major career milestone. During Liquid’s win against Clutch Gaming today, Jensen secured his 1,000th regular season kill in the LCS.

A Constant Force in North America

Securing his 1,000th kill was a routine play for Jensen, who ventured to the bottom lane to assist Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng and Jo “CoreJJ” Yong-in. This remarkable achievement represents four years of Jensen’s dominance in North America, starting from his entry into the NA LCS in 2015 with Cloud9.

Jensen’s successful Spring Split after leaving Cloud9 to join Team Liquid has surprised many League of Legends fans. Despite the lack of any indications of his intention to switch teams, Jensen’s decision has paid off. Team Liquid has consistently dominated the region, thanks to the firepower from players like Doublelift, CoreJJ, Jake “Xmithie” Puchero, and Jung “Impact” Eon-yeong.

A Valuable Contributor to Team Liquid’s Success

This season, Jensen has displayed exceptional performance, boasting the highest KDA in the entire league at 13.8. While he trails behind Doublelift and his former teammate Zachary “Sneaky” Scuderi in terms of most kills in the LCS, Jensen’s individual contributions to Liquid’s success have been invaluable. He relieves pressure from Doublelift in the bottom lane, and his skills will be crucial as Liquid enters the playoffs, with hopes of winning their first championship.
