JDG player anticipates crucial matchup before facing T1 at MSI 2023

JD Gaming’s Ruler Highlights Crucial Bot Lane Matchup Against T1 in Mid-Season Invitational 2023 Upper Bracket Final

JD Gaming’s star AD carry, Ruler, emphasized the importance of the upcoming bot lane matchup between himself and T1’s Gumayusi in the upper bracket final of Mid-Season Invitational 2023. Ruler believes that this duel will play a significant role in determining the outcome of the series, which is set to begin on May 18.

According to Ruler, the bot lane phase will be the deciding factor in the series between the champions of the LPL and LCK’s second seed.

Ruler also acknowledged T1’s strength and their exceptional performance in both the lane phase and teamfights. He expressed his anticipation for a full-scale best-of-five series against T1, predicting that the match will go all the way to game five. Ruler confidently stated that JDG will secure the victory with a 3-2 score.

If JDG manages to triumph over T1, Ruler believes it will greatly enhance their chances of winning MSI 2023. This would mark the third time that a Chinese team claims the MSI title, following the victories of Royal Never Give Up in 2021 and 2022.
