Jayce and Lux take center stage in the latest League of Legends PBE update for Patch 10.4 cycle

In the latest PBE changes, a few League of Legends champions are being improved to address their underwhelming performance, as reported by Surrenderat20.

Jayce has been struggling in the mid and top lane due to mana issues and a lack of early game damage. Currently, Jayce has a win rate of around 47 percent and is rarely played in the current patch. In response, Riot Games is increasing his mana from 357.2 to 375 and his mana per level from 37 to 45. Additionally, the damage of his Hammer Q ability, To the Skies, is being increased from 45/80/115/150/185/220 to 55/95/135/175/215/255.

Lux is also receiving a buff to improve her maneuverability when using her ultimate ability. Her Light Binding ability’s ability power ratio is being decreased from 70 percent to 60 percent. Furthermore, Lux will now be able to flash while casting her Final Spark ability.

Mark “Scruffy” Yetter, the lead gameplay designer, has also revealed that the developers are re-evaluating their goals for Wukong, the Monkey King. As a result, all of Wukong’s recent changes are being reverted for the time being.

In addition to these champion updates, there are a few other changes being tested on the PBE. Kayle’s Divine Judgment ability’s ally cast time is being reverted back to 1.5 seconds from .25 seconds. Singed’s base health points are being lowered from 610 to 580, and his base armor is being lowered from 37 to 34.

It’s important to note that these PBE changes are still tentative and may be subject to further adjustments before they are implemented in the live servers.
