Jankos potentially reveals another roster change for G2 prior to 2023 LEC season

Jankos Leaks Potential Changes to G2 Esports’ League of Legends Roster

Jankos, the notorious roster-leaker, has once again dropped a bombshell concerning G2 Esports’ lineup for the upcoming year. In a recent stream, the former G2 player and current Team Heretics’ jungler hinted at Mikyx rejoining G2 as the team’s support for the Winter Split. Jankos also leaked other roster changes, including the addition of Yike as the team’s new jungler. While G2 has shared these changes on Twitter, they have yet to confirm them officially.

A Prominent Addition to the Roster

Mikyx is a well-known figure in the LEC, having been an active member of the league for a long time. While he most recently played as the support for Excel, Mikyx spent a significant part of his professional career with G2, joining around the same time as Caps. He also had a stint with Misfits, where he partnered with Hans sama. Bringing Mikyx back to G2 would reunite him with Caps once again.

Uncertainty Surrounding G2’s Roster

With the departure of several G2 players, including Jankos, Targamas, and Flakked, fans have been left wondering who the team will acquire for the LEC next year. Reports suggest that Yike, Mikyx, and Hans sama will be joining BrokenBlade and Caps to form the new G2 roster.

Official Confirmation and Announcements

While G2 has not yet released an official statement confirming its 2023 LEC roster, their acknowledgment of Jankos’ streams adds credibility to the rumors. It is expected that G2 will unveil their full roster in the coming weeks, prior to the start of the 2023 Winter Split on January 21st.
