Introducing the Patch Notes for LoL Patch 13.13

Riot Games Announces League of Legends Patch 13.13: A Focus on Stabilization

Riot Games is taking a slightly different approach to League of Legends Patch 13.13. Instead of major Season 13 changes, this update will focus on “stabilization.” While there are still almost a dozen champion changes, the goal is to lay the groundwork for a bigger Patch 13.14 coming in late July. Riot wants to allow the meta to develop naturally, so they are pumping the brakes and letting things play out.

In terms of champion changes, Lee Sin and Nidalee are the only two champions to receive buffs in this patch. On the other hand, power picks like Aphelios, Neeko, Wukong, Vi, and Kindred have been nerfed. Additionally, four items and even one summoner spell, Ghost, have also been nerfed. These changes aim to balance the game and create a healthier meta.

New Skins Arrive in League of Legends Patch 13.13

No League of Legends patch would be complete without new skins. In this cycle, five champions will receive Elderwood, Star Guardian, or Victorious variants. The champions that received new skins are Orianna and Seraphine (Star Guardian), Karthus and Wukong (Elderwood), and Anivia (Victorious). These new skins will add variety and excitement to the game.
