Twitch Rivals Spirit Blossom Rift Series: A Crossover Event for Esports Fans
Twitch Rivals has organized a once-in-a-lifetime crossover event featuring three popular games by Riot Games: Legends of Runeterra, League of Legends, and Teamfight Tactics.
The Spirit Blossom Rift Series, hosted by Twitch Rivals, will kick off on July 8 with a draft of 48 experienced competitors in League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra per region. The draft for the European Union (EU) will start at 2pm CT, followed by the North America (NA) draft at 3pm CT. Each region will form eight teams with six players each.
A total of 16 captains, eight from NA and eight from EU, have been selected for the event. The NA captains include BeccaTILTS, emiru, k3soju, scarra, swimstrim, Trick2g, xChocoBars, and YourPrincess. The EU captains are BlackFireIce, GeneraL_HS_, IbaiLlanos, noway4u_sir, Overpow, Shaunzpro, SolaryTV, and sologesangtv.
Both regions will compete on the same days but at different times. All matches and titles will be streamed on the Twitch Rivals channel.
EU Schedule:
- July 8 Draft Day: 2pm CT
- July 15 Day one EU (Legends of Runeterra): 10am CT
- July 16 Day two EU (Teamfight Tactics): 10am CT
- July 22 to 23 Days three and four EU (League of Legends): 8am CT
NA Schedule:
- July 8 Draft Day: 1pm CT
- July 15 Day 1 NA (Legends of Runeterra): 3pm CT
- July 16 Day 2 NA (Teamfight Tactics): 3pm CT
- July 22 to 23 Days 3/4 NA (League of Legends): 3pm CT
Teams will compete in a multi-day, multi-game triathlon, earning points based on their performance. At the end of all tournaments, the team with the most points will be crowned the Ultimate Runeterra Team.
