G2 Reveal Impressive LoL Scrim Results, Leading to Their Continued LEC Success

G2 Wins Another LEC Title with Impressive Scrim Stats

G2, the top esports team in League of Legends, once again proved their dominance in Europe by winning the LEC title. But their success didn’t come easy. G2’s general manager, Romain Bigeard, shared some incredible stats about their scrim games that helped them secure the victory.

According to Bigeard’s Twitter post, G2 played a total of 181 scrim games in June and July, with an average game time of 26 minutes. What’s even more impressive is their win rate, which stood at a remarkable 75.69 percent.

During their preparation for the LEC, G2 faced off against 11 different teams, including well-known LEC teams like Team Vitality and SK Gaming, as well as teams from smaller regions like RA’AD from Egypt.

Bigeard also revealed that G2 had frequent matchups against SK Gaming, while Astralis seemed to have no interest in competing against the current LEC champions on Summoner’s Rift. The whiteboard in the background of the Twitter post showed that there were very few cancelled matches between the teams.

With this LEC title, G2 has secured their spot at Worlds 2023, where they will face tough competition from teams like JD Gaming and PSG Talon. Other teams, including SKT, Cloud9, and Gen. G, will also be battling to prove themselves. Worlds 2023 will take place from Oct. 10 to Nov. 19 in South Korea, offering teams the chance to make history as one of the best in the game.
