G2 Esports dominates Fnatic in week 3 of the 2020 LEC Summer Split

G2 Bounces Back with a Dominant Victory Against Fnatic

G2, the reigning Kings of Europe in League of Legends, showcased their strength today as they defeated Fnatic in just 25 minutes. After a tough loss against SK Gaming yesterday, G2 came back stronger, displaying excellent synergy and individual play.

Yesterday’s poor performance raised concerns, but today G2 proved their resilience and executed their strategies flawlessly. It was a show of force that left Fnatic struggling to keep up.

Fnatic’s early first blood was quickly turned around by G2, resulting in a 3,000 gold advantage in the early game. At the 20-minute mark, Perkz’s quadrakill in the mid lane set the tone for G2’s domination. Wunder, Caps, and Mikyx also had stellar performances, and Caps was voted as the KIA Player of the Game with 59.3% of the votes.

This victory for G2 puts them in a tied third place in the LEC standings, alongside Misfits, Origen, and SK Gaming. Above them are MAD Lions and Rogue, with records of 6-1 and 5-2 respectively.

The LEC will return on Friday, July 3 for the fourth week of the 2020 Summer Split.
