Froggen Takes Indefinite Break from Competitive Play

Henrik “Froggen” Hansen Takes Break from Competitive Gaming

Henrik “Froggen” Hansen, a veteran of the European LCS, has announced through a YouTube video that he will be taking a short break from competing to assess his future goals.

After moving to North America in 2016 to join Echo Fox, Froggen, along with his teammates, had a rocky journey. They finished in seventh place in their first split and struggled to maintain success throughout their time together. In fact, they finished last in the regular season of the 2016 Summer Split with a record of 1-17.

Froggen himself had mixed performances during his time with Echo Fox. He showed improvement in the 2017 Spring Split compared to the previous split, but regressed in the summer. Despite these challenges, Froggen remains determined to win and has no plans to retire.

Throughout his career, Froggen has played for esteemed organizations such as CLG, Evil Geniuses, and Alliance. Although he has only competed in two World Championships, he looks forward to returning to the competitive scene to regain his past successes.

When Froggen resumes his competitive career is uncertain, but he is motivated to come back even stronger and achieve his ultimate goal of capturing a championship.
